Who we are
SentinelPoT ("we") operates sentinelpot.ai. This policy covers the website and the demo console. Data handling inside a pilot engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, whose defaults are described on our Trust page.
What we collect on the website
Pilot request form. Name, work email, company, and the description of your system that you choose to give us. The form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our team by email. We use it to respond to your request and for nothing else.
Demo console. Access is by credentials we issue. On sign-in we set one cookie that identifies your session for up to eight hours; it contains no personal data beyond the username you were issued. Everything you do inside the console runs in your browser on synthetic data; attestations generated there are not transmitted to us.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations, retained for its standard period. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, share it with advertisers, or use anything you submit to train models.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing, by writing to info@sentinelpot.ai. We answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with a data-protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and, where we have your address, tell you.
